New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within the first 30 days of their subscription if they are not satisfied with our service. No questions asked.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods after the 30-day guarantee window.
Missed Classes
If a teacher cancels a class or fails to attend a scheduled session, the session credit will be automatically restored to your account. If a student misses a class without 24-hour advance notice, the session credit will not be refunded.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@mujawed.com with your account details and reason for the refund. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days.
Free Trial
Our free trial class does not require any payment information and is completely risk-free. There is nothing to refund for trial sessions.
