Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Parents or guardians must create accounts on behalf of minor students. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Classes and Scheduling
Classes are scheduled based on teacher availability and your subscription plan. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid using a session credit.
Subscriptions and Payments
Subscription fees are charged according to your selected billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Code of Conduct
All users are expected to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior during classes and on the platform. Any form of harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct will result in account suspension or termination.
